The Saigon Railway Transport JSC will add more trains travelling between Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) and destinations in Central Viet Nam, including Da Nang, in a bid to meet the increasing travel demand from passengers over the upcoming Lunar New Year (Tet) holiday.
With regard to the HCMC-Da Nang route, the SE28 train will depart in HCMC at 12.25pm on 14, 15, 17 and 18 February, whilst the SE27 train will leave the Da Nang Railway Station at 5.50am on 16, 17, 19 and 20 February.
As for the HCMC-Nha Trang route, the SNT12 train will leave HCMC at 11.40pm on 5, 7, and 9 February, and the SNT11 will daily.depart in Nha Trang at 7.03am from 16 - 20 February.

Viet Nam has completed the Scheme for Digitisation of Terrestrial Television to 2020, heard a press conference held by the Ministry of Information and Communications in Ha Noi on 11 January.

Accordingly, the country formally stopped providing analog television service nationwide from late December 2020.
In his remarks, Minister Nguyen Manh Hung said that the scheme has fulfilled all four major set targets, including the completion of infrastructure transition.
Television coverage is now able to reach even the farthest regions of Vietnam, enabling all people in 63 provinces and cities to access this utility.
