Just one chick of an endangered seabird which lives on a British Overseas Territory survived after invasive mice ate them all, the RSPB has warned.
A new report, produced by the bird charity and the Zoological Society of London (ZSL) has found that at current rates, the MacGillivray’s prion is hurtling towards extinction.
The little seabird is found on Gough Island, a UK Overseas Territory island and globally important nesting site in the South Atlantic.
