When the 10th and final season of
Friends aired in 2003, its six stars were paid an estimated $1m per episode by NBC and Warner Bros.
It was a sweet $22m payday for Jennifer Aniston and co, and the investment paid off – episodes of the show continue to run regularly around the world almost two decades on.
But while the cast are multi-millionaires as a result of the show’s success, have you ever wondered how much the actual characters made during their 10-year period inside the Friends universe?
A recruitment company decided to shed some light on the matter, and its experts watched all 10 seasons of the hit comedy to estimated the fictional salaries of all six characters.

The Panto, Jack and the Beanstalk, was filmed on socially distant sets during the summer with a cast of 35 seasoned professionals– in Peter’s back garden no less.
The cast includes Peter Duncan (Blue Peter, Flash Gordon), Ian Talbot (Regent’s Park, Adrian Mole), Sam Ebenezer (Giff Gaff, Aladdin), Nicola Blackman (EastEnders, Lion King) and Sarah Moss (Little voice, 20th Century Boy).

Rumours had been that The Panto has been cancelled, but oh no it hasn’t! Omniplex Cinemas have teamed up with Blue Peter and Pantomime Legend, Peter Duncan, to bring the panto to local Omniplex in Northern Ireland from the 19th of December 2020.
