After announcing in March that it would be postponed due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2021 Union Home Mortgage Cleveland Marathon has a new date. RELATED:  On Monday, the event announced that it will be holding its annual races on Oct. 23-Oct 24 later this year. In a release, the marathon said that it has been working with the City of Cleveland, Cuyahoga County and the State of Ohio on safety protocols for the event dating back to last summer. The marathon has also partnered with University Hospitals Sports Medicine in an effort to develop guidelines to hold an event that is safe for all who participate.
