July 17, 2021 12:26 AMLegal - By CHATSWORTH, Calif. Talent health screening oversight organization Performer Availability Screening Service (PASS) announced in an industry town hall meeting Friday morning that it has initiated plans to open its own lab and testing centers within the next three to six months. This announcement follows the surprise exit Monday of long-time industry testing provider Cutting Edge Testing (CET) from the PASS system that maintains a database of work clearance information for adult performers.  The meeting, held over Zoom, was moderated by Free Speech Coalition director of policy and industry relations, Siouxsie Q, with FSC executive director Michelle L. LeBlanc on hand to field questions, and PASS executive director Ian O Brien commanding the floor for the majority of the meeting to lay out PASS plans moving forward.

PASS Town Hall Meeting on Industry Testing Set for Friday

July 14, 2021 12:54 AMLegal - By CHATSWORTH, Calif. Performer Availability Screening Service (PASS) released the following statement Tuesday afternoon regarding its previously-announced town hall meeting on industry testing protocols, now scheduled to take place Friday morning at 11 a.m. PT: In the wake of Cutting Edge Testing’s departure from the PASS system, PASS Executive Director Ian O’Brien will host an industry town hall to discuss next steps for ensuring safety for performers on set.  “There was always inherent conflict between for-profit testing centers and a nonprofit oversight organization like PASS,” says O’Brien. “While we’re shocked by the way in which CET withdrew from PASS, it’s an eventuality for which we’ve been planning. We are working with stakeholders to build a stronger version of PASS, which is less beholden to third-parties. In the meantime, performers should continue to test with CET, TTS, AIT or other testing centers utilizing PASS

Sex life during COVID lockdown: Mine s been great and I don t want it to end

Dear How to Do It, My wife and I are in our late 40s/early 50s, and we’ve been together for almost 12 years. I’m more of a homebody by nature, but I do love to travel when the bug hits (which tends to be in spurts). She’s more my opposite in that regard as she loves to travel all the time; sitting at home too long gets her antsy. So in that respect, our personalities balance each other pretty well. As we’ve grown in our relationship, so has our sex life, and I feel (and she’d agree) that it’s better now than it was when we were dating (and it was really good then). To put it plainly, it’s freaking awesome, and I have no issues whatsoever; the frequency (four-to-five times a week), the communication, and the penchant for experimentation/exploration is all great. Unlike many articles I’ve read about the pandemic having a sobering or debilitating affect on many couple’s sex life, it’s actually been pretty good for ours. And there’s the problem.
