COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho Duane Hagadone spent his life developing North Idaho. He created The Coeur d’Alene Resort and left behind a legacy of impact to those who knew him.
According to his company, the Coeur d’Alene Press, Hagadone died on Saturday. He was 88 years old. Kiki Miller, a current Coeur d’Alene Councilmember and fellow local leader, worked for The Hagadone Corporation for 14 years. She worked her way up in the corporation and was always learning from her boss. He told her to “keep your eye on the goal and do what it takes to get your vision to fruition.”
