Bosses at Co-op said the store s transformation should mean it can better serve the community. The Crabtree Road store in Kington, which supports around 30 local jobs, relaunches on Thursday (March 4) and will be running on 100 per cent renewable electricity. The refurb, which started in January, includes an express coffee dispenser, photo booth and online click and collect through Co-op’s own online shop. Store manager Simon Clarke said: “The store has a great new look, it has been a fantastic opportunity to carry out such a significant programme of works to enhance and improve our store for the Kington community.
