KINGSTON With people driving less, the department leading the city’s climate change efforts are encouraging drivers to donate some of the gas money they saved to the new climate fund.
The Kingston Community Climate Action Fund, launched in early December, is meant to raise money through donations to fund local climate change initiatives.
