Hargrove Engineers + Constructors leased 18,900 square feet at 12000 Aerospace Ave. in the Clear Lake area. Matthew Asvestas of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Gemini Rosemont Commercial Real Estate. Charlie Neuhaus of NAI Partners represented the tenant. With the full-floor deal, the 80,000-square-foot building is 100 percent leased.
NF Conroe Investments purchased a 100 percent leased industrial portfolio in Conroe. Nick Spearman of Belvoir Real Estate Group represented the seller, the estate of Henry T. Brooks. The purchase consisted of a 51,044-square-foot multi-tenant building on 6.94 acres at 2323 N. Frazier St. and a 26,659-square-foot building leased by Quanta Servic
