WEST FARGO Among the plethora of mixed use buildings Epic Development has constructed along Sheyenne Street in West Fargo, will soon be one that offers West Fargo residents a chance to buy their home instead of renting.
Condos are coming soon to Envy building at The Lights, the third of four mixed-use building to be completed at the Lights on Sheyenne.
Building one, EPIC at The Lights, has 49 apartments and more than 25,000 square feet of commercial space. It’s currently home to Bar Down, Moxie Java, Jade + Jasper Boutique, Taylor Jane Photography, The Lights Nutrition and Amy Rose Salon.

FARGO Fargo s Housing & Redevelopment Authority s board has selected its preference for a co-developer to help plan the future of the city s downtown high rise site.
After three proposals were reviewed by a panel of city officials and HRA staff, the board voted to have HRA Executive Director Matthew Pike work with Blue Line Development of Missoula, Mont., on a contract for the 50-year-old Lashkowitz High Rise that contains 247 one-bedroom low-income apartments.
