Cork s Brid Stack and Laura Fitzpatrick of Cavan
Adelaide player Ebony Marinoff has had her three week ban lifted following the incident which left Brid Stack suffering a stable fracture of the C7 vertebrae.
Marinoff had been found guilty of forceful front-on contact with Cork legend Stack during a practise game but appealed that decision.
The ban was the largest in AFLW history and meant the player would miss a third of the nine-match season.
“A person who’d shown a great amount of duty of care for the opposition player in this incident has rightly been found not guilty.

Adelaide Crows have confirmed that they will appeal the three-match suspension received by Ebony Marinoff for the challenge that culminated in former Cork footballer Brid Stack sustaining a neck injury on Sunday.
The AFL Women s club are appealing on the grounds that the sanction imposed is unreasonable and excessive they announced in a statement. The appeal will be heard on Thursday evening.
The incident occurred during Stack s debut for the GWS Giants in a practice match at the weekend ahead of the new AFLW season and left the 11-time All-Ireland football winner with a stable fracture of the C7 vertebrae.
