The suspects were identified as a 27-year-old resident of Mutwal and a 29-year-old resident of Moratuwa, Police Spokesperson DIG Ajith Rohana told News 1st. According to the Deputy Police Chief, Police had received complaints from 70 people regarding the failure of a Mobile Device Store in Colpetty to deliver the purchased items to the customers after the respective payments were made.
