Blue Collar at Market Place Square More than a thousand people have signed a petition to reinstate a beloved street food caterer outside Reading FC’s Madejski Stadium for matchdays. Blue Collar Street Food announced in late November that Reading FC had dropped its contract to provide food outside the ground, causing upset among local football fans. The Reading-based company serves residents in the town’s Market Place Square, as well as catering outside the Madjeski Stadium, but the football club have decided to not renew the contract. Reading FC fan Dave Harris, who set up the petition, gave an update on the petition on Twitter.
