Everything about the NFL predraft process will be different this year, including a combine with no in-person workouts and limited contact between teams and prospects in the lead-up to what is expected to be another made-for-TV event.
But March will still be dominated by pro days as teams get a feel for their needs based on how free agency shakes out.
There s obviously still a lot to be determined before the April 29-May 1 event, but with chatter and buzz about to grow significantly, this seems like a good time to check in with an updated mock draft.

We spend a lot of time obsessing over who the Dallas Cowboys will take with their first-round pick (#10 overall) in the upcoming 2021 NFL Draft. We track it on a regular basis and have come out with some of the most popular choices. The names you’ll regularly see are cornerback Caleb Farley from Virginia Tach, cornerback Patrick Surtain from Alabama, and offensive tackle Rashawn Slater from Northwestern.

Colts acquire Wentz from the Eagles in exchange for a 3rd rounder this year plus a conditional 2nd rounder next year: While I know Wentz has been on the trading block for awhile now, I was only opposed to getting him if we gave up too much for him and I don t think we did. The only downside is that the 2nd rounder next year that we gave up will become a first if Wentz plays like the Colts hope he will but that s no big deal seeing as how that would mean we shored up the most important position in the sport. Now that one of our biggest vacancies has been filled, I can do another attempt at a mock draft. The important thing is to make sure Wentz s supporting cast doesn t resemble what it did in Philly last year.

The Super Bowl has come and gone. Now it’s Valentine’s Day, the time when every football fan’s thoughts turn to love.
I mean the love of draft prospects, of course. What did you think I meant?
Last year Bengals fans found their one true love with Joe Burrow, and this year it’s all about surrounding him with players who can help him be his best. In the words of Melvin Udall, played by Jack Nicholson in the movie As Good As is Gets, “You make me want to be a better man.” Having Burrow gives the Bengals a chance, but to be a better team they need to draft well.
