The company currently has two plants about half a mile from each other. The goal is to move the asphalt plant on Oliver Road north to co-locate it with the existing asphalt plant in the area.

Even though she was quadriplegic and couldn’t move her body from her neck down, she was handcuffed to the bed by two Santa Fe County correctional officers. DeVargas had been in the jail for about a month before she had to be hospitalized due to a severe infection she developed while incarcerated.
