The attack on the 19-month-old happened around 10:45 p.m. on Tuesday at the family s Flatbush home. The toddler was reportedly being watched by his older siblings.
Buster, the family’s Rottweiler, attacked the baby in their E. 17th St. home at Cortelyou road in Flatbush at about 10:40 p.m. Tuesday, officials said.
