Trains will have to run slower whilst a fault is being fixed
Trains between London and Bristol have been delayed due to a fault.
A fault with the signalling system in Swindon has caused a domino effect, impacting services between London Paddington and Bristol Temple Meads and Parkway railway stations.
Trains on the line have to travel at a reduced speed while the fault is being fixed.
Disruption to the Great Western Railway service is expected to last until 6pm.
National Rail released the following update: A fault with the signalling system at Swindon means trains have to run at reduced speed. Trains running between Swindon and Bristol Parkway/Chippenham may be delayed by up to 30 minutes.
