A man from Florida is facing charges after he admitted to stealing a company s tow truck as revenge for the time they towed his car.
A Florida trooper spotted the stolen Car Store Towing vehicle driving north on the highway. The trooper pulled the truck over and spoke with Aimee Onggo, and he admitted to stealing the truck.
BONUS: A search of his truck resulted in the recovery of methamphetamine, Xanax, and hydrocodone. Onggo was arrested and charged with grand theft and plenty more. #FloridaMan forever!

Nothard has 30 years of experience in the used car sector, having held a number of key positions in the industry.
He said: “My first job as chair is to thank Sam for the excellent work she has done over the last two years, helping to raise the profile of the VRA and guide it through what have been some unavoidably turbulent times.
“I will be looking to build on the work she has started. With the support of the board, my aim is to provide the help and advice that the remarketing sector needs as it deals with the effects of the pandemic, Brexit and a host of other issues.

The Vehicle Remarketing Association (VRA) has announced the election of Philip Nothard as its new chair, and Rupert Pontin as its new deputy chair.
Nothard has spent 30 years working in the used car sector, and is currently insight and strategy director at Cox Automotive, having previously held key positions at Cap HPI as well as other senior roles.
He succeeds Sam Watkins, who has spent two years as VRA chair.

New Motorpoint TV ad campaign to launch on Boxing Day

The used car supermarket group’s new ‘Car Buying Made Easy’ TV advert focuses on the choice, value, service and quality offered to customers of the business and will be screened on BT Sport, Channel 4, ITV and Sky from December 26.
The campaign, which also features several members of staff from across the Motorpoint network, will also run via digital, OOH, radio and social media channels.
