Jining Xingyuan Fruit and Vegetables Co., Ltd. recently carried out a one-week survey in major garlic production areas to gather data on the harvest conditions.
Manager Zhang, director of sales at Xingyuan Fruit and Vegetables, introduced the planting conditions in three major garlic production areas. The overall surface area devoted to garlic plantation in Jinxiang declined by around 9% in comparison with last year. This region is praised as the hometown of garlic in China .
