Recent Safety Net posts discussed the differences between recording and reporting employee injuries. This discussion will center around the forms required by OSHA for recording and reporting workplace injuries and illnesses. OSHA s Form 300 Log of Work-Related injuries and Illnesses is required to be completed by most employers on a yearly basis unless the business is partially exempted by the regulation because of their size or the industry within which they operate.
