Police say Rhonda Gerhardt was last seen on Monday morning at a Glebe Road address.
She has reportedly not been seen or heard from since.
Her vehicle, a white Ford Ecosport with Queensland registration 100YDA, is also missing. Police say the woman’s a white Ford Ecosport is also missing.
Police are seeking urgent public assistance to help locate the woman.
It is understood loved ones hold serious concerns as she suffers from a medical condition.
Ms Gerhardt is described as caucasian, 160cm tall with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Anyone with information is urged to contact police immediately.

Ipswich man Peter Wood has been missing from his Bellbird Park home since Wednesday, March 10. The 36-year-old was last seen in the Goodna area about midday on Wednesday. Police hold concerns for Peter s welfare as this behaviour is out of character. Peter is described as caucasian, about 172cm tall, of a slim build and has brown eyes with long brown hair worn in a ponytail. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, blue jeans, thongs and dark sunglasses.
The 50-year-old was found safe and well around 3pm Friday afternoon.
She was last seen about midnight on Thursday walking into bushland in Yamanto.

She has not been seen since.
Police and SES volunteers are now conducting a search of the bushland.
Ms Green is described as caucasian in appearance, around 170cm tall and of a slim build.
She was last seen wearing dark blue denim shorts, a white T-shirt and light blue backpack.
