Gateway Estates application for third phase deemed incomplete
TRENTON The Planning Board deemed an application to build additional units at the Gateway Estates subdivision incomplete at its Jan. 27 meeting, which was held in person and virtually. Board Chairman John Whetstone explained to The American that the decision was anticipated by all parties.
Greg Johnston of G.F. Johnston and Associates in Southwest Harbor presented the project on behalf of Gateway Estates, LLC.
The proposed project is the third phase in the construction of Gateway Estates, which already includes 40 family units. The plan is to add six two-family dwellings to the subdivision, which is located on Route 3 across from Wild Acadia Fun Park.
