Cowboy Church on the Square will take place on Sunday, June 13, on the south side of the courthouse in Clarinda.
Grilling by the Page County Cattleman begins at 5 p.m.
Musical performances will begin at 6:30 p.m.
The Clarinda Cowboy Church Band will welcome Sarah Davison and High Road, Nashville, Tenn.
A freewill offering will be collected. Attendees should bring their own lawn chairs. This is a family-friendly event. Alcohol is not permitted.
In the event of rain, the event will take place at Wibholm Hall at the fairgrounds.

Cherry Grove Cowboy Church will be held Sunday, June 6. Weather permitting, the service will be outdoors behind the church; bring a lawn chair. If not, it will be held inside. Music begins at 5:45 p.m., and the service begins at 6.
Cowboy Church is a nondenominational way of spreading God s message through music. The service includes a mix of country, Christian country, cowboy and Southern gospel, and bluegrass music. COLBERT COUNTY, Ala. (WAFF) - National Police Week is coming to an end, but on Saturday night people in the Shoals made sure the 264 officers killed in the line of duty last year were not forgotten at Cowboy Church of Colbert County.
As the sun set today many community members across The Shoals paid tribute to a sacrifice that’s not forgotten officers who lost their life in the line of duty.
CLARKSVILLE â A country and western band belted out a gospel classic, ice cream dribbled down a 4-year-oldâs mouth, and a lot of people got out and about Saturday for Clarksvilleâs annual SpringFest. Across the square, Melinda Watters hosted a juried art show.
âItâs been excellent,â Watters said in the gallery of Culture Citizen. âI donât know how many people have come in here, but itâs been a full day.â
The art show wasnât planned as a part of the SpringFest, but both events complemented each other, with visitors wandering around downtown Clarksvilleâs square. SpringFest organizer Carla Caldwell said they had 55 vendor booths and 12 informational booths.
