Kevin Parry One of the most high-profile jobs in cabinet is now the responsibility Kevin Parry. The mayor of the borough from 2019-20 has joined the cabinet to take on the waste services and highways portfolio left vacant when Maureen Penny stood down from being a councillor at the last election.
