(KLKN)- If you’re thinking about selling your house, well now is the time. Home values in Lincoln are on the rise, according to the Lancaster County Assessor. Many of the 90,000 Lancaster County residents could see their property value go up as much as 20%, Rob Ogden, our County Assessor said. “Values have been moving up pretty strongly, basically because there is low-interest rates, historically low-interest rates, and a lack in listings,” Ogden said.

Los Alamos County Assessor Mails Out Annual Business Personal Property Declaration Forms … Due Back By Feb. 28 COUNTY News: The Los Alamos County Assessor would like to inform local business owners that their annual Business Personal Property Declaration (BPP) forms were mailed out last week. The purpose of these forms is to notify business owners of their current depreciated assets on file and to remind them of the statutory requirement to report to the Assessor any personal property they might be depreciating through the course of their business. Owners have until the last day of February to complete and return these forms to the Assessor’s Office.

PASCO, Wash. An abrupt twist occurred during the Franklin County Commissioner’s Board Meeting this morning. After a longstanding tenure with the office, Franklin Co. Assessor Peter McEnderfer resigned from his post. McEnderfer, who served Franklin Co. for 21 and a half years, worked his way up from Residential Appraiser to Chief Appraiser before being elected County Assessor in 2018. He succeeded Steve Marks, who retired shortly before McEnderfer ran for the position.

The lodge, located at 3300 Calle Maria Luisa, is set to be auctioned off by a special master on Jan. 14 on the steps of the First Judicial District Courthouse in Santa Fe due to the fraternal order’s inability to pay the remaining $174,985 on the mortgage.
