Caseville man pleads no contest to child porn

Frederick Lee Venturino pleaded no contest to possession of child sexually abusive material in Huron County Circuit Court April 12.
Venturino, 63, of Caseville was arrested in February following an investigation by the Michigan State Police Computer Crimes Unit.
“Venturino was arrested following an investigation in which digital evidence was seized from his home,” an MSP release issued at the time of his arrest read. “The investigation was initiated when it was learned that Venturino was viewing child sexually abusive materials on the internet.”
Venturino was charged, and pleaded guilty to two felony charges of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material and one felony charge of using a computer to commit a crime.
