TROWBRIDGE S iconic Town Hall will restart its live performance programme with a three-day festival beginning on Friday, May 28. Over the bank holiday weekend, the venue will play host to stand-ups in the restored Old Court whilst musicians will take to the stage in the Sensory Garden behind. The festival – Get Up, Stand Up – kicks off with American comedian Sara Barron, who has appeared on television comedy programmes Live at the Apollo and Would I Lie To You?, and who is one of the UK s fastest-rising talents, guaranteed to be a household name very soon. Among those joining her is Paul McCaffrey from Russell Howard’s Good News and Comedy Central Stand Up Special.
