The state-wide mask mandate is effective for another six weeks. The state-wide order replaces all local mask rules to provide a uniform, state-wide rule.
Individuals are required to wear a mask, or other facial covering, when in public and in close contact with other people.
Businesses have the right to deny entry to people not wearing a facial mask. A mask should be worn when within six feet of someone from another household in an outdoor public place, or in an indoor public space with ten or more people, and in a vehicle operated by a transportation service.
