Okanagan College COVID cookbook sold out after popular response

Share to Jan 19, 2021 12:20 PM Pete McIntyre One of the impacts of COVID-19 has been a renewed interest in cooking and baking, and with many restaurants restricted for dine-in meals, take away has also increased. Okanagan College’s restaurant, Infusions, is offering a unique way to get a taste of its popular collaborative cookbook What We Cooked: A Compilation of Recipes During COVID Times, with a special take-away menu featuring dinners for two from the cookbook. The first printing of the cookbook sold out. Now in its second print run, the college’s culinary and pastry arts program selected five dinner and five dessert recipes from the cookbook to bring to life at Infusions with a special take-away initiative from Jan. 20 to Feb. 5.
