Chico City Council approves of wildfire protection plan
With wildfire season approaching, the Chico City Council is taking steps to protect the community from potential catastrophe.

CHICO, Calif. - Tuesday night, Chico City Council unanimously approved of a plan to help reduce the risk of wildfire in the area.
The city approved what is called the Vegetative Fuels Management Plan.
