The lawsuit filed Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court on behalf of William Gonzalez and his brother, Michael, includes two graphic color photos of his injuries. Police Chief Michel Moore and Los Angeles County are also named as defendants in the suit, which alleges civil rights violations, excessive force, failure to train and denial of medical care. The brothers are seeking unspecified damages.
