An alumni from Kingston University s School of Art has spoken about enjoying the creative process after he was named as the winner of the Sky Portrait Artist of the Year 2020 competition.
Curtis Holder, who triumphed over 1,000 others to be crowned the winner of last year s competition in December, lives in South London and juggles his art with part-time primary school teaching. Curtis graduated from KU s School of Art with a BA in Graphic Design, and employs a wide array of pencils from watercolours to charcoals to produce stunningly detailed and textured works. I saw all these painters and their work looked amazing. There was me with my pencils.

Actor Eddie Izzard has announced that a “transition period” has begun by which the British comedian will be in “girl mode from now on” and use the pronouns “she” and “her.”
“I try to do things that I think are interesting. This is the first program I’ve asked if I can be ‘she’ and ‘her’ this is a little transition period,” Izzard said during the recent broadcast of the Sky Arts series,
Portrait Artist of the Year, Deadline reported.
Artist and series competitor Curtis Holder asked Izzzard how it feels to be out and proud about changing pronouns to “she/her.”

Lon Angeles, Dec 21: Actor and comedian Eddie Izzard has revealed that she is “gender fluid” and will be using “she” and “her” pronouns from now on.
