A longtime Osakis art teacher is asking for the community s help as she deals with debilitating effects of several health problems.
Since 2009, Carol Lang of Osakis has survived breast cancer, an aneurysm and fractured ankle.
She said she now deals with constant dizziness and long-term memory loss.
Despite health insurance coverage, the retired teacher said she has discontinued physical therapy and delayed medical procedures due to her financial constraints.
