In her hugely popular TikToks, Cincinnati native Caroline Ricke plays an over-the-top, self-proclaimed “Ohio Socialite” with an eclectic fashion sense (think Cher Horowitz meets Lizzie McGuire). Since joining the platform in March, Ricke, already a popular YouTuber, has amassed more than two million followers.

I had like 400 subscribers at the time I made that [Harvard Acceptance Reaction] video, so I said,
OK, I need to figure out where I am and what kind of videos I want to make on YouTube so I can start having a theme on my channel. And my younger brother was like,

A verified style icon in our book, Ricke describes her own clothing choices as 2000s Disney star mixed with local suburban mom , and can totally pull off the random thrift haul look. (I mean honestly, if I saw that sweater dress in a store window, I d keep walking.) Ricke has a 6th sense for fashion though, and can always make an outfit memorable.
But Caroline Ricke is more than just a fashionista (although to be fair, she s pretty great at that). Her hilarious videos rack up tens of thousands of views on Youtube, and her outlandish arrogant trust fund kid persona have gotten her fame on many social media platforms. Her Day in the Life of a Harvard Biomedical Engineering Student catipulted her to fame, gaining her thousands of fans, called Carolers.
