I’m here to tell you the story and it is a story that will make you smile and warm your heart. There will be new characters mixed in with old and I believe you will appreciate it from beginning to end.
I got to sit down and chat with Tesh Beaty from Aubrey, TX; she was a Gruver Greyhound until moving in the 2nd grade. Tesh belongs to Laddie Cluck and was the granddaughter of Gene and Vivian Cluck. Vivian later married J.C. Harris. Tesh might have left in 2nd grade but she comes from deep Gruver roots.
The 2010 and 2011 Canterbury earthquakes dramatically changed Christchurch s landscape, with many heritage buildings lost.
Heritage advocates claim many of Christchurch s historic buildings were hastily bowled after the deadly February 2011 earthquake, while city leaders say safety was their priority. STEVEN WALTON reports. Carolyn Fletcher loved living in the Gothic Revival-style Cranmer Courts building. “As a little girl I looked at the place and said to my parents that would make a lovely place to live’. I just thought it was a gorgeous building,” she says.

With multiple lockdowns forcing us to spend more time at home, people have sought comfort in our furry, feathered and scaly friends for companionship and fun.
We spoke to some new pet-owners to find out how they ended up expanding their households during the pandemic.
Friederike Rummenhohl of Watling View rescued kittens Loki and Milo before Christmas.
She said We weren t planning on getting any more cats after our cats died as we weren t emotionally ready. We fostered for a while and it was a lovely experience. A friend of mine then said her cat was having kittens.
