“Unliveable, unliveable” conditions from unusable toilets and no running water to feces on the floors and fire alarms ripped from the walls have forced the City of Windsor to pull the plug on a sprawling dorm-like building with dozens of tenants and an unknown number of squatters.

A giant piece of artwork has emerged out of the piles of wood chips left behind after chainsaws were recently taken to a forested ravine in downtown Windsor.
The ravine was used last year as an encampment by people who were homeless.
