An Inverness football team has raised more than £2000 for Highland Hospice.
Highland Hospice FC, which is prevented from training due to the Covid-19 lockdown, took part in a 24-hour running relay challenge instead.
The team was formed two years ago and was originally known as NHS FC.
Their challenge began at 7pm last Friday and they finished at 7pm the following day â with team members taking it in turns to run for an hour at a time.
Hospice staff did a similar relay event last September.
Karen Duff, a corporate fundraiser at the hospice, said: âThe effort from Highland Hospice FC has been tremendous. Thanks to all of them and everyone who sponsored their run.

Shelley Gill s Christmas tree was a real winner.
Highland Hospice has received £250 from someone who wanted to thank them for the care they provided to her family.
In the run up to Christmas the Inverness Courier asked readers to submit pictures of their brightly decorated trees.
Our favourite won £250 to donate to the charity of their choice â with the prize going to Shelley Gill, who opted to give it to Highland Hospice.
