MUSICIAN and actor Dalisu “Kaplan” Dlamini has bounced back with a new name and tune after a five-year hiatus to find himself.
The musician, from Inanda in Durban, has released a single Ingoma as Kaplan, which is a mix of Afro-soul, kwaito and new-age maskandi. He last released an Afro-soul song in 2015 while going by his full name.
The 40 year-old has been in the music industry for more than a decade after rising to fame during a talent search driven by legendary kwaito star, Eugene Mthethwa of Trompies.
Kaplan was featured on Eugene’s album Tools Down, released in 2006.

Why was Think Healthy created?
We named the company THINK HEALTHY because I wanted to inspire people to think outside the box of reaching out for a pill bottle for their aches and pains.Â

Why is improved posture so important?
Your posture is a reflection of your inner health. When people see someone with a good posture, it translates to confidence, strength, and more attractiveness. I see posture as good biomechanics, minimal spinal and nerve interruption physiology in function, and a reflection on inner health. Technology is causing poor posture.
