Lemke and Chlala, along with a 15-year-old youth from Ottawa, were arrested shortly after Navos’s body was discovered.
At the time police said the incident was drug-related.
Both Lemke, who was granted bail on Thursday, and Chlala, who was released in December on strict conditions, are free pending trial.
The youth, now 16, was denied bail shortly before Christmas, and on Wednesday youth court Judge Gary Cornfield denied an application to have him released to a responsible adult.
He is scheduled to face a preliminary inquiry in November.
Chlala, who was not present in court for Jivraj’s ruling, but Bond said the Crown was okay with him not attending, and Lemke are scheduled to appear in Court of Queen’s Bench on July 23 for the purpose of setting a trial before a jury.
