The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) probing the Sushant Singh Rajput drug case is finalising the chargesheet to be filed in the case.
The NCB has around 180 days to file the chargesheet under NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Act. Sources from the agency said that they were in final stages of filing the first chargesheet which would include the initially arrested accused mostly those arrested in the month of September and October last year in the case. The remaining others arrested later would be named in the supplementary chargesheet.

Mumbai: In the ongoing probe into drugs angle in the Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput death case, the Narcotics Control Bureau has arrested two more persons.
According to the details available, celebrity manager Rahila Furniturewala and businessman Karan Sajnani have been arrested by the central anti-drugs agency. Both are accused in connection with a drug case, the NCB said.
The NCB had earlier questioned both Sajnani and Furniturewala at its office here, suspecting that the two could be involved in the Bollywood actor’s death.
