WEST LAFAYETTE Ind. â Despite having to do virtual meetings and events for most of the year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Indiana Sheep and Wool Market Development Council is moving forward and funding new projects that will promote the stateâs lamb and wool industries.
Meredith Cobb, a research administration specialist at Purdue University who works with the council, said the council recently had a meeting where it decided how sheep checkoff funding wound be spent.
She said the Indiana Sheep Association decided to upgrade its website with Indiana Sheep and Wool to make one website.
