One woman is dead and another injured after a shooting that occurred in East Pennsboro Township Saturday, according to the Cumberland County District Attorney.
The person of interest is an elderly man, who is in custody, Public Information Officer John Bruetsch said. There is no threat to the public.
The shooting happened around 6:57 p.m. Neighbors who have lived on Greenmont Drive, where the shooting occurred, for decades said they never thought they would see something like this happen in their family-friendly neighborhood.
