The Tall Ship Boston was first slated to open in the summer of 2019, so we can t blame COVID-19 for this one. Whatever their reasons were, the grand opening didn t come around until June 30, 2021. But it all seems worth the wait. The gorgeous 245-foot floating restaurant is moored at Pier One in East Boston and the views of the city skyline and Boston harbor are definitely worth the drive. The Navy Yard Harbor Group not only opened the boat for dining and drinks, they constructed an entire 40,000-square foot waterfront space that offers every fun every fun summer dining experience you can think of.
