COVID-19 testing sites see spike in number of people needing tests A spokesperson for the Duval County Health Department said they re testing 300-400 people per day. Friday, hundreds of people waited in line to get tested for COVID-19, some for a few hours, at the Duval County Health Department s site downtown.  The line at the health department s Central Health Plaza site wrapped around the building for most of the day. A spokesperson for the site said they ve seen an increase in testing over the past two weeks. They re currently testing 300 to 400 people per day.
