BJP leader Kapil Mishra on Sunday (4 April) filed a complaint with the Uttar Pradesh police against AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan who had called for the beheading of Yati Narsinghanand Saraswati over the latter s comments on Prophet Mohammed.

Mishra in his complaint has written that Khan s tweet is an incitement to religious and communal hatred and a threat against Hindus.
