KUWAIT CITY, Jan 21: A young 21-year-old Kuwaiti died while his brother, born in 2004, was injured when a four-wheel drive overturned, reports Al-Anba daily. The victim was behind the wheel when the mishap happened and poor vision could have been the cause of the accident, say security sources. The accident allegedly happened on Kabad Road and the victim was rushed to the Jahra Hospital by paramedics but he was declared dead upon arrival. His brother has been admitted to the intensive care unit of the hospital.
Meanwhile an Egyptian died yesterday afternoon, after he was run over by a Kuwaiti youth in one of the parking lots in Sabhan. A security source said 51-year-old died on the spot. Police are investigating to find out if it was an accident or the victim was deliberately run over. In yet another accident, a Kuwaiti was injured when his vehicle overturned in Oyoun.
