Jacqueline in the pizza van A PIZZA pop-up service that is used to catering events and parties has revealed how it has kept its dough baking during the pandemic. Fully Loaded Pizza, a mobile pop-up pizza stand, offers freshly prepared stone-baked pizzas, and has had its normal services suspended during the series of lockdowns and restrictions since last March. The service has been run by Kathy Fenton and Jacqueline Shackleton for the last three years. Fully Loaded usually occupies parties, festivals and events - a source which has been totally wiped out over the last year. But the service has deployed several new ventures to keep the pizza oven alight over a difficult year.
