Punjab govt employees to get salary on 16th July 6, 2021 JHANG: The Punjab government Monday authorised Punjab Accountant General, and management of State Bank and National Banks to ensure disbursement of monthly salaries and pensions of government employees in advance on July 16. The government has taken the step so that employees and pensioners may celebrate Eidul Azha easily. According to the notification, the government has approved the disbursement of salaries and pensions of on July 16 to facilitate the employees and pensioners to complete their shopping before Eidul Azha. District Accounts Officer (DAO) Mian Maqbool Ahmed said in light of the directions of the government and Punjab AG, the monthly salary and pension releasing process has been started and the payment orders /invoices would be provided well in time to the bank branches for the payments to government employees on July 16.
