Take the case of 38-year-old Manoj Bastia of Chandni Chowk, a children’s garments near City Hospital for the last 15 years. He failed to avail the benefits as his name is not  included in the civic body’s registered street vendors list. Silver City to have 34 smart parks Cuttack: The Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) has initiated process for setting up of as many as 34 smart parks in the Silver City here. The civic authorities have decided to set up 15 smart parks in CDA area of the city while construction work of four such parks has already been started. A target has been set to finish the construction work for four parks by the end of this year, said CMC Deputy Commissioner Ajay Mohanty. “We are now preparing blueprints for the construction of remaining 11 parks in CDA area. This apart, steps have been taken to identify suitable places for 19 smart parks in other localities of the city,” Mohanty added.
