The EV maker indicated that it is working on a purpose-built, affordable electric vehicle specifically for ride-hailing, and that it would use input from real Uber drivers to design it. The EV is expected to enter production in the third quarter of 2023, with Uber planning to go EV-only in London by 2025 and in Europe and North America by 2030.
